Second generation in the leadership of the family enterprise, Stacey has been raised to understand the foundation upon which The Staffing Edge was built and now endeavors to permeate those offerings into the future providing the Freedom to Focus through the best tools available in the industry to support our members success.
In the Staffing industry since 1986, Ray has been intimately involved in the development and progression of the operational and technology tools that make The Staffing Edge the solution for staffing companies across Canada. Ray's expertise includes the creating of strategic business plans, industry forecasting, and technology development. Ray also heads up Business Development as he understands the needs of the staffing entrepreneur from concept to success.
Karen’s passion for customer service combined with her years of staffing experience and knowledge of TSE give her the perfect background for her role as Director of Operations. Karen has the unique ability to dissect a situation and get to the heart of the matter, discuss the pros and cons and move forward to develop and carry out a logical plan of action. Karen is equipped to understand and assist with the challenges our Members are faced with on a day to day basis. Karen works closely with senior management on strategic goal setting and then collaborates on the design, development and delivery of these service strategies and support resources with all internal teams to ensure we consistently meets the needs of our valued Members. Karen makes daily decisions to ensure exceptional service to TSE Membersas well as encourage and support corporate growth. Jinay has been in the staffing industry for 5 years and has been involved in a variety of aspects including government reporting, external audits, financial management and reporting. He has a solid understanding of the government compliance framework in the staffing industry and has helped members navigate audits with WSIB and other government agencies. He enjoys crafting solutions that improve workflows and processes and manages the finance department to ensure all aspects of financial reporting are accurate.

As the Manger of Member Services, Mai’s passion is ensuring our Members receive exceptional customer service throughout their entire experience with The Staffing Edge. Mai’s background in Staffing began in 2001, providing her with experience recruiting for both a small independent and large multi-national firm. Mai spent time recruiting from the desk, visiting and working on customer sites and on the road with sales reps. By the time Mai joined The Staffing Edge in 2010, she was equipped with exposure to servicing businesses in a variety of industries, as well as an in-depth understanding of the challenges Staffing Edge members face daily. Today, Mai is leading the Member Relations department, managing New Member Onboarding, and overseeing Training and Technology, making her a key resource for both Members and Staff.

Anna has provided her knowledge to The Staffing Edge since 2006. She has worked in multiple departments at TSE, allowing her to be well versed in all aspects of the company. In her role, Anna manages The Payroll Edge, a separate service line of outsourced payroll and human resource services for international companies Anna’s amazing ability to see the big picture when approaching any situation has instilled trust in all our clients. Her passion for challenges, learning and problem solving makes her a great asset for not only the Payroll Edge Clients but for all Staffing Edge Members as well.

Anita has the unique ability to utilize her years of Staffing experience to enhance processes within The Staffing Edge. Anita has worked in a number of roles throughout her tenure with TSE allowing her to gain big picture knowledge of the inner workings of The Staffing Edge. Currently Anita oversees internal operations connecting collections, billing and payroll to ensure the most efficient internal processes and the highest of customer service in these departments. Anita strives for service excellence and has a proven track record as a forward thinker who is adaptable in a variety of situations.

Chelsea discovered her passion for Health and Safety, Compliance and Risk Management in 2011, while working internally at a staffing agency. She joined The Staffing Edge in 2014 and is now the Manager of the Compliance and Risk Management team. Chelsea enjoys working closely with others in a challenging but rewarding environment, offering a composed approach while relationship building. She appreciates both the member and employee perspective, giving her the ability to relate, navigate, and consult on all types of investigations and conduct legislative research. The excitement of the department’s day to day tasks allows for growth and new experiences, making Chelsea and her team an essential service for TTSE Members.
